What is an Evaluation Kit?

FootfallCam Evaluation Kit provides a comprehensive experience to evaluate one of FootfallCam's core products - FootfallCam 3D Pro2, the latest generation people counter designed for different use cases.

Who is it for?

  • Service providers who would like to assess FootfallCam people counter in terms of its:

    • Accuracy

    • Reliability

    • Deployment experience

    • Suitability for targeted segments

  • Each service provider is entitled only to ONE Evaluation Kit.

Getting Started

Overview

A FootfallCam Account Manager will be assigned to Evaluation Kit users for specialist guidance as they go through the experience of deploying a people counter.

Purchasing an Evaluation Kit - Fill in the form and send it to [email protected], our sales representative will contact you shortly. Evaluation Kit will be delivered to you within 7-14 days upon payment.

Setting Up V9 Account - Upon sales confirmation, an account will be pre-created for you at FootfallCam Analytics Manager V9. An activation email will be sent to you for account registration details and password setting, You can then login to V9 portal using the username and password set and configure Company & Site settings.

Installation - Select a suitable location (preferably at an Entrance) to install the Evaluation Kit. Refer to Quick Installation Guide for the steps. Remote installation support is available through FootfallCam Support Chat App if necessary. Upon installation, pair the device to the Site created by following these steps.

Accuracy Audit - Once the device is allocated, FootfallCam will tune and verify the accuracy of the device. The process will be completed within 3 working days. You may let us know via Support Portal if you have any doubts on the accuracy. 

Review Session - FootfallCam Account Manager will schedule a virtual meeting with you to discuss on your evaluation experience and outcome.
