1.0 - Company Configurations
This page allows you to set a company-wide policy for newly-allocated devices.
Note that the settings will only apply for new allocations - Existing devices on the account will not be affected by any changes made here.

Private | - The device's WiFi module is ON - The WiFi SSID is not broadcasted (hidden network) - Technicians can attempt connecting to the device if they know the WiFi SSID and password |

2.0 - Data Tuning
This page allows you to set a site-wide policy for the selected site's main entrance and currently online devices.
Note that the settings will apply to all devices currently allocated to the site, which are considered main entrance and online devices. This does not include newly allocated devices, which will follow the Company-Wide Policy.
The newly configured settings will take around 1-2 minutes to apply to the devices.

2.1 Device List

You can check the applied changes and the past settings by accessing this tab. In the device list you will be able to see the following configurations:
Device Setting | Description | |
1 | Serial | The device's serial or chipset code |
2 | Firmware | The current patch version of the device |
3 | Is WiFi Disabled | If WiFi Data Collection is disabled. |
4 | Is WiFi Module Disabled | If WiFi Module on device is disabled. |
5 | Outside Traffic Detection Range | WiFi detection range for outside traffic |
6 | Shopper Metrics Detection Range | WiFi detection range for visitors |
There will be logs available to check per device on this page. Below is a short explanation of each status:
Status Name | Description | |
1 | Pending Device to Receive Request | The server has sent the request to change the parameters to the device. |
2 | Pending Device to Apply Parameter | The device has received the request but has not applied the parameters yet. |
3 | Parameter Applied Successfully | The device has applied the parameters successfully. |
4 | Failed to Apply Parameter | The device has failed to apply the parameters. If this appears in the logs, please try to apply the parameters again. If this continues to occur, do raise a support ticket to our technical team. |
