Chapter 2: FootfallCam’s Support to Partner

2.1 Sales

2.1.1 Volume Pricing

Partners of FootfallCam will be given a wholesaler volume pricing based on the cumulative number of units they purchased.

2.1.2 Online Webinar Sales Training

FootfallCam partner will be video guides and webinars that allows them to emulate the success FootfallCam experience in selling people counters. Partners will be given the template for them to emulate the same success FootfallCam has through a series of webinars on sales tactic, cold call lists, email templates for enquiries and cold call scripts.

2.1.3 Welcome Kit and Recognition Certificate

FootfallCam partner will be given a certificate stating that they are an official reseller of FootfallCam products and will be getting an authorised letter to start selling using FootfallCam brand, as well as to purchase one unit of evaluation kit at a discounted price.

2.1.4 Geographic Exclusivity

FootfallCam authorised resellers will be awarded an exclusive region to market and deal FootfallCam products in. The region will be decided based on regional competitiveness, partner's competency, and recent activity.

2.1.5 Sales Lead Passing

FootfallCam will actively pass all new enquiries that are received from the geographic region to an authorised reseller and provide installation support, sales negotiation and after-sales support to assist the authorised reseller in that region. The authorised reseller that will receive the sales lead will be based on recent activity and cumulative sales purchase.

2.1.6 Online Training

FootfallCam will issue online training to all authorised reseller in guiding them on how to use the new features FootfallCam has to offer, in addition to the recent developmental changes that will be made on the FootfallCam.

2.1.7 Non-Compete Clause

FootfallCam authorised resellers will have the capability to register leads using their own FootfallCam partner portal. Once the lead is approved, resellers will be protected by diclosing any information to any third party regardless of who the lead is and FootfallCam will not deal with the lead directly without the consent of the reseller. This is not applicable to sales leads given to the partner by FootfallCam.

2.1.8 Dedicated Account Manager

Partners will be assigned a dedicated account manager from one of FootfallCam personnel. The account manager will prioritise the enquiries and issue the partner is dealing with.

2.1.9 Collaboration in Projects

For projects requiring a call for tender/bid, FootfallCam will provide a comprehensive proposal sample which details the ideal solution for any industry. FootfallCam will also work with resellers along each step of the way to ensure the client receives the solution that they need.

2.2 Technical

2.2.1 Online Webinar Training

Partners of FootfallCam will have complete access to online technical webinar training and documentations that they will be able to use in the operation of FootfallCam. Partners will also have access to miscellaneous supporting documents FootfallCam use to diagnose issues with the FootfallCam.

2.2.2 API Integration

Partners will be able to augment the FootfallCam with open customisable API integration with the FootfallCam device.

2.2.3 ePoS Integration

FootfallCam software can be integrated with the majority ePoS systems through using wire, API, FTP and manual integration.

2.2.4 Automatic Firmware Upgrade

FootfallCam will automatically upgrades itself to the latest firmware version containing all the newest bug fixes whenever a new firmware version is released by FootfallCam development team.

2.2.5 Technical Online Training

FootfallCam technical personnel will provide online training to the partner to guide them in the use of different features.

2.2.6 Prioritised Technical Support

Resellers will have the option of signing up a support contract with FootfallCam and obtaining priority technical assistance in accorande with commited SLA from FootfallCam.

2.3 E-marketing initiative

2.3.1 Reseller Profile Page

Partners of FootfallCam will be given a reseller profile page to introduce company, installation and services. This page includes partner company and contact details, and provide link to partner's website kiosk that have include FootfallCam products.

2.3.2 Reseller Website Kiosk

If partner do not have any website:
We could help you to build and host the website (you only need to maintain domain cost). We target the keyword for "People counting in [your country]", domain preferrable is peoplecountingin(yourcountry).com.

If partner have existing website which unlikely to include FootfallCam product:
You could have the option to host a new website. Same as above, we could help you to build and host the website.

If the partner already has website and would like to add FootfallCam products, contact lucia@footfallcam.com to work on the existing website.

2.3.3 Local Business Listing & Ads

We will help our local partner to create Local Business Listing as Authorised FootfallCam Reseller and Ads to bring more leads.
