Retailers regularly work with consultants and mystery shoppers to gather ground truths about: what are customer experiences really like inside the actual shops?

 

These consultants are highly experienced professionals, but they must painstakingly document all the details of shopper activities to obtain an accurate picture of the current situation and provide forward-looking advice. While this process is essential, it is understandably expensive and time-consuming.

 

With FootfallCam’s Video Annotation Tools, consultants can now record key shopper behaviours, which can then be used to train the AI to automatically annotate future shopper actions. All of these behaviours are fed into the consultant’s own AI model, allowing them to perform simulations and eventually offer strategic suggestions.
