Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent, major in Computer Science or IT-related course is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate or candidate who has at least 1 year working experience.
Job Scope
- Involved in collecting market’s requirements and propose new functions and screenshot designs.
- Provide feedback to our development teams that inform additional product and service sales opportunities.
- Defines processes' problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and operations.
- Understand market requirements and current technological features available to propose simplified deliverables.
- Engaged with roll out projects to support them for their roll outs such as floor plan designs and configurations, hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Involved in technical writing to clearly define the metrics available.
- IT Background is a must-have, but no programming is required and will not involve in any programming.
